All Sales Final Due to the nature of our products as personal care and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.

Order Accuracy If we make a mistake and send the wrong product, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll ship the correct item at our expense.

Shipping Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Oil City Soapery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
